THE Ladies European Tour’s (LET) rising stars, like England’s Georgia Hall, Indian sensation Aditi Ashok and Morocco’s Maha Haddioui, will enthrall the fairways of the Doha Golf Club at the inaugural Qatar Ladies Open, which begins on Wednesday.

Some other big names who are going to tee off for the new event on the Qatar Golf Association’s (QGA) calendar include Swedish star Anna Nordqvist, fan favourite Carly Booth, who already has two LET wins under her belt, her Scottish compatriot Kylie Walker and emerging Dutch talent Anne van Dam.

“We’re happy to bring an incredible field of world-class golfers, many of whom competed in the Rio Games. I’m sure they’ll inspire Qatar’s youth to come to the golf course and enjoy this beautiful game,” QGA General Secretary Fahad Nasser al Naimi told a Press conference last Monday.
